We can perform fully qualified log book servicing on a wide range of Makes and models including: Holden, Ford, Mazda, Toyota, Nissan, Bmw, Audi, Hyundai, Honda, Kia - and many more.
We don't have to have a physical log book in order to do a Log Book Service - it just means we follow the manufacturers guidelines. We can certainly provide you with a log book to help you record your cars service history, which will be a benefit if you ever decide to sell your vehicle.
Many people believe they must go back to a car dealership for New Car Log Book servicing in order to maintain the warranty. Actually, the ACCC have consistently confirmed that under Australian Law, you are free to have your car service carried out by a mechanic or service centre of your choice provided they are qualified to do so. See our video to learn more.
Every Log Book Service receives a complimentary car vacuum and hand wash - extending your new car feeling.
To ensure that your daily routine is not interrupted while we service or repair your car, we offer the convenience of two loan cars for you to use. We're also close to public transport, with free parking in front of the workshop and we offer customer or vehicle pick-up & delivery within 5km's (by arrangement).
Auto Plus SA's Log Book Service stands out as the premier choice, offering detailed and manufacturer-approved services that keep your vehicle running optimally and your warranty intact.
So if you're due for your log book service, come see us at our Munno Para workshop! You can book online, or call us to arrange a time that suits you.
Why do I need a Log Book Service?
Car manufacturers always specify recommended intervals for servicing for their different makes and models. And each service can require different items to be replaced. This maintains optimal performance of your vehicle.
What happens if I miss a Service?
Besides reducing your vehicles overall performance when you miss a service, you also miss out on a vital safety inspection as well. When you have your car serviced at Auto Plus SA you will receive a reminder every six months. Normal intervals are min 6 months or every 10,000kms depending on which comes first.
Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?
No you won't. Just bring in your Log Book and we will fill in and stamp it for you. We have more information on this for you in our article. Please click here.
What is the difference between a log book service and a general service?
A log book service is set out by the manufacture and points out the service interval of a car. For example a Toyota corolla 40,000 log book service will be engine oil and oil filter. This may also have a cabin filter, fuel filter and a air filter replacement which cost more than a 50,000 log book service because this service only has a oil and filter change then a check over. A General service is oil and filter change and a 65 point vehicle inspection, which includes all safety component checks and fluid top ups.

How much will my service cost?
